Medical Imaging of Lehigh Valley P.C. (MILV), a progressive, sub-specialized private practice Radiology group, seeks a full-time Physician Assistant. The Physician Assistant will support the Interventional Radiology team performing a variety of procedures including fluoroscopy, thoracentesis, paracentesis, ultrasound guided biopsy and aspirations, joint injections etc. This position requires flexibility to cover multiple hospital campus locations.
There are no on-call or weekend responsibilities, and the schedule is Monday through Friday.
The successful candidate must establish and maintain positive, caring relationships with managers, physicians, advanced practice providers, ancillary and support staff, other departments, and patients/families with the ability to work productively and effectively within a complex environment; handle multiple/changing priorities with ease; demonstrate critical thinking along with analytical and problem-solving abilities related to various aspects of patient care.
Requirements:

Current state Pennsylvania license certified by the National Commission Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

A graduate of a Physician Assistant Program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the physician assistant is (ARC-PA)

Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.

Current CPR certification

This position is dependent upon successful attainment and maintenance of hospital privileges.
