Medical Imaging of Lehigh Valley P.C (MILV), a progressive, subspecialized private practice group, seeks a fellowship trained, BC/BE Neuroradiologist and/or Body imager to be part of an experienced team of over 125 radiologists, providing exclusive radiology services to Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), a university-affiliated network. We are the largest independent private practice group in Pennsylvania. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of subspecialty care to all our patients. Our goal is to remain a physician owned by private practice and enjoy the freedom to control our own destiny. The full-time position requires onsite coverage and offers a partnership opportunity, if desired, for a suitable candidate. Employment track is flexible, with onsite and remote reading opportunities.
 

The Lehigh Valley is a geographically and culturally diverse area, serving a mixture of urban, suburban, and rural populations. It is conveniently located in eastern Pennsylvania, approximately 1 hour from Philadelphia and 1.5 hours from New York City. Its proximity to major cities, coupled with affordable housing, strong school systems, and numerous cultural and recreational activities have made the Lehigh Valley one of the fastest growing regions in Pennsylvania.
 

Reporting responsibilities can be 100% Neuroradiology with some flexibility to read other specialties based on your interest, with the remainder of the time reading general fluoroscopy and plain films. Advanced Practice clinicians will also assist in myelography and fluoroscopy. We currently perform and report current advanced neuroimaging and participate in various multidisciplinary conferences.
 

Medical Imaging Lehigh Valley, P.C. (MILV P.C.) has an outstanding reputation and performs over 1.3 million radiology exams per year. We have state of the art equipment at fourteen campuses and multiple outpatient centers of Jefferson - Lehigh Valley, which has a Level I Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, Neuroscience Center, Cancer Center of Excellence, busy Neurology and Neuro-oncology services, busy emergency rooms and express care locations. We utilize Universal Philips PACS and Powerscribe 360 and use AI products such as Rad AI Omni and several AiDoc algorithms to aid diagnosis, prioritize reads, increase efficiency and reduce burnout.

We offer a fellowship stipend program from the date of signing a contract. Candidates completing fellowship in July 2026 & 2027 are welcome to apply!
